Effect of Different Particles of Biochar together with Bio-organic Fertilizer on Rhizosphere Soil Micro-ecological Environment in Saline-alkali Land

Biochar and bio-organic fertilizer (BOF) are regarded as effective means to improve the ecological environment in soil. However, the soil physico-chemical properties and microbiome composition and diversity of the rhizosphere soil after applying different particles of biochar together with BOF in saline-alkali land has not been thoroughly described. A field experiment was carried out to investigate the effects of different particles of apple stem biochar (60, 30, 10 mesh) together with BOF on soil bacteria (with Illumina high-throughput sequencing) and physico-chemical properties of saline-alkali soil.
