'Bordetella ciconiae' sp. nov. isolated from rectal swabs of white stork nestlings

The genomes of two new isolates belonging to the genus Bordetella were sequenced and compared to available Bordetella genomes. Based one these analyses and their phenotypic characterisation we propose the novel species 'Bordetella ciconiae' sp. nov..
