基于停车场位置和历史停车数据使用情况，按周期对停车场饱和度进行集计，获取多个分段平均饱和度，按时序分析饱和度变化情况，分析区域内（单个停车场或网格）停车资源的饱和度的静态动态数据，提供停车场饱和度分析数据可视化产品，为城市级停车诱导、管理部门的停车资源建设规划及应急状况下进行停车资源调度提供数据决策

Based on parking lot locations and historical parking usage data, this dataset aggregates parking lot saturation values on a periodic basis to generate multiple segmented average saturation readings. It conducts time-series analysis of saturation variations, and investigates static and dynamic data related to the saturation of parking resources within a target area (either individual parking lots or grid-based zones). Furthermore, it provides a data visualization product for parking saturation analysis, offering data-driven decision support for urban-level parking guidance, parking resource construction planning by regulatory authorities, and parking resource scheduling during emergency situations.
