The latest addition applies a cumulative QA correction layer after the Papers XXXVII-XLI update: the public cumulative readers now flag Band II XXV and XXVII as source-witnessed repair targets rather than silently presenting compact/facsimile material as final clean text. R23 also adds source witnesses and a repair queue for those weak spots plus Volume I Paper I source staging.
