Post-exercise respirometry underestimates maximum metabolic rate in juvenile salmon
收藏资源简介:
Four csv files:
1. MMR_estimation_data_R2method
Data used to make most of the figures and for modeling (statistics). Provides metadata for each fish and an associated MMR estimated based on the steepest slope for the decline in DO with an R2 > 0.95 (see manuscript).

2. MMR_estimation_data_fullslope
The same as #1 (above) but where MMR is calculated based on the slope of the full sealed cycle, or up to 8 min in the case of the static respirometers.

3. MMR_estimation_allslopes_static_20191209
The slopes and R2 values for all linear regressions run on the raw dissolved oxygen data for every fish for which we estimated MMR in static respirometers.

4. MMR_estimation_allslopes_tunnel_20191209
The slopes and R2 values for all linear regressions run on the raw dissolved oxygen data for every fish for which we estimated MMR in swim tunnel.

5. README that provides variable definitions for each file
