RNA sequencing analysis of Osimertinib treated and vehicle-treated in LN-229 cells

To gain insight into the mechanisms underlying Osimertinib-induced paraptosis, we performed RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) analysis to compare gene expression profiles between Osimertinib-treated LN-229 cells and cells treated with vehicle. Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) pathway analysis revealed that the differentially expressed genes (DEGs) downregulated by Osimertinib were most significantly enriched in ER stress and unfolded protein response (UPR) pathways .
