Wild-type, NOTCH1-knockdown, and TP53-knockdown MDA-MB-231 cells were cultured under normoxia, hypoxia, oscillatory hypoxia, and lactate treatment, and subjected to RNA sequencing to assess transcriptional changes. Overall design: Three replicates were collected for each condition (normoxia, hypoxia, oscillatory hypoxia, and lactate treatment) in wild-type, NOTCH1-knockdown, and TP53-knockdown MDA-MB-231 cells.
