Post 1929: Utopian Vectors Corpus of English Utopian Literature

A dataset of "eutopian" (utopian/dystopian) literature. This is a supplement to the dataset "Utopian Vectors Corpus of English Utopian Literature", archived at https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.14989544, with restricted full texts of works under copyright, for archiving purposes. Please refer to that dataset for information on the metadata and codebook. The dataset texts are a subset of the works listed in Utopian Literature in English: An Annotated Bibliography From 1516 to the Present by Lyman Tower Sargent. Anyone wishing to work with or develop this dataset may contact us to request access to it. Content note: The dataset contains works with racist, misogynist, and other harmful & discriminatory views. Lyman Tower Sargent's notes, contained in the abstract field of the metadata spreadsheet, indicate when this is the case, either explicitly or through genre labels such as ``lost world".
