Transcriptome analysis of mouse naïve CD4+ T cells with or witout chemokine CCL19 treatment. Overall design: Purified naïve CD4+ T cells (1 million) were cultured in 200 microlitter complete RPMI1640 with immorbilized anti-CD3 and -CD28 antibodies (coating at 1 microgram/mL) in 96 well plate in the presence or absence of recombinant mouse CCL19 for 6 hours. Cells were harvested, RNA was extracted, and cDNA libraries were generated. Comprehensve gene expression was analyzed by RNA sequencing.
