How to access the integrated system of the Services

Access to the Integrated System of Services is guaranteed by the Single Access Gate (P.U.A.) which provides information and guidance to citizens on social rights and opportunities, services and interventions of the local system, in compliance with the principles of simplification, transparency and equal opportunities in access. The request can be made by the person in need or by the guardian (in case of disqualification) or, with the informed consent of the person concerned. In the case of Integrated Home Care, the request for intervention can be formulated directly by the General Practitioner. The application is presented at one of the Social Secretariat Desks of the Territorial Area of Lecce or directly at the PUA Desk, at the Social Health District of Lecce. The forms useful for drafting the application are available to the citizen at one of the access points.
