This dataset contains the data used in the manuscript “The response and recovery of non-targeted fish species after rotenone eradication of an invasive species” submitted to Ecological Applications. It includes processed eDNA analysis data used for statistical analyses and figures, as well as data on coordinates of sampling stations used to create maps. See metadata.txt for details.
