SARS-CoV-2 infected and uninfected VeroE6 and A549-ACE2: Bemcentinib and liposome treatments

VeroE6 or A549-ACE2 cells were treated with inhibitors of phosphatidylserine receptors and infected with SARS-CoV-2. Overall design: VeroE6 or A549-ACE2 (lentiviral overexpression) were left untreated or treated with 1 micromolar bemcentinib for 1 hour, then challenged with a SARS-CoV-2 MOI of 0.01 (VeroE6) or 0.5 for either 18 hours (VeroE6) or 24 hours (A549-ACE2). Cells are lysed and mRNA isolated according to RNEasy miniprep protocol. Additional treatments are included, such as phsphatidylserine liposomes, phosphatidylcholine liposomes. 100000 reads were collected from each sample.
