Purpose:The goals of this study is to analyze the gene expession pattern in mouse embryonic stem cells (ESCs) treated with CHIR99021(CHIR) in the presence or absence of Spautin-1 for 24 h. Overall design: 46C mouse ESCs cultured in serum-containing medium supplemented with 3 µM CHIR or 3 µM CHIR plus 8 µM Spautin-1 (CHIR_SP) for 24 h were collected by using Trizol. These samples were sent to BGI (Shenzhen, China) company to do deep sequencing by using MGI2000.
