SNPs leads to recurrence of Focal segmental glomerulosclerosis

We used high-throughput sequencing of DNA from Focal segmental glomerulosclerosis patients accompanied with recurrence or remission after Kidney transplantation, and healthy controls to identify genes that are potentially involved in susceptibility to the recurrence of Focal segmental glomerulosclerosis. In addition, the functional role of identified gene related to recurrence of Focal segmental glomerulosclerosis was also investigated.
