A cluster, grove, or line of woody-stemmed plants (including the root systems) that may be the same or variable species, either planted or naturally occurring that are located in close geographic proximity to each other and meet at least one of the following criteria: -canopies are touching; or -canopies are overlapping; or -there is the potential to form a closed canopy; or -are environmentally dependant upon each other where the loss of one or more of the trees would have a detrimental effect on all or part of the remaining trees; or -have an obvious level of visual connectivity through having a similar or complimentary sense of scale or form or age or colour or texture.
