Nunez_PBMCs

This dataset contains full spectrum flow cytometry data from the SARS-CoV-2 vaccine study by Nuñez, Schmid & Power et al. (Nature Immunology, 2023; https://doi.org/10.1038/s41590-023-01499-w). The data were generated using a single antibody panel measuring 35 protein markers, along with morphological parameters including forward and side scatter (FSC and SSC).For the purposes of this tutorial, we provide a curated subset of the original dataset comprising one donor who was measured in two independent experimental batches. This donor served as an internal batch normalization control in the original publication.The data have already been preprocessed to correct for fluorescent spillover, and only live, single-cell events were exported. This ensures that the dataset is ready for downstream analysis and integration benchmarking.
