Optimove empowers marketers with access to historical, real-time, and predictive data which serves as the foundation for personalized marketing. The combination of rich data and AI-powered models enables marketers to effectively orchestrate campaigns and increase Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV).
With Optimove’s Data Share, this unified and enriched data helps BI teams scale up internal reporting and analysis. This includes highly granular data on all marketing activity and impact, along with unique Optimove insights, such as AI-powered predictive analytics and campaign engagement data, ready for integration into internal systems.
Optimove’s Data Share gives you access to:
1. **Customer Data**: Full customer profiles containing all historical data, such as demographic data, behavioral data, monetary activity, and predictive metrics.
2. **Campaign Orchestration Data**: Details and engagement metrics of all campaigns delivered and orchestrated by Optimove, including campaign details, A/B/n test results, and multi-touch attribution.
3. **Segmentation Data**: Overview of segments created in Optimove, providing visibility into which segments customers fall into and which campaign Optimove’s AI-powered orchestration engine allocated each customer.
4. **Transactional Data**: Details of daily transactions (e.g. orders, purchases, deposits, etc.) and their details (e.g. purchased items, payment forms, order amount, etc.) made by each customer with your brand. This allows for analysis of customer activity and trends.

Data sources -
Optimove’s data is sourced by data delivered from the client and ingested into Optimove, customers’ web and app activity and campaign engagement data. Data about campaigns and their performance is also collected from 3rd-party vendors used by the client.
