mediX AI Survey 2024: anonymised dataset, analysis code, instrument and reporting checklists

What this deposit contains This deposit accompanies the manuscript > *Knowledge–Attitude Gap and Unsupervised Use of Artificial Intelligence Tools Among Swiss Primary Care Physicians: A Multicentric Cross-Sectional Survey* (preprint medRxiv 2025.03.22.25324458; submitted May 2026 to *Healthcare* (MDPI), Special Issue *Artificial Intelligence in Healthcare: Opportunities and Challenges*). The deposit comprises everything required to reproduce, audit and re-use the empirical contribution of that manuscript: the survey instrument in three languages, the fully anonymised respondent-level dataset in two parallel formats, the canonical Python analysis script with a reproducibility-baseline output, the publication figures, and the completed CHERRIES and STROBE reporting checklists. Version 1.1 (8 May 2026): added Supplementary Tables S1 and S2 (sample characteristics and full implementation-priority ranking with Wilson Score 95% CIs) as a new section 07_supplementary_tables/. All v1.0 files are unchanged.
