This is a global gridded gross domestic product (GDP) dataset. To deliver consistent products across both temporal and spatial dimensions, only subnational data is used indirectly to adjust the reported national-level values, thereby remaining representative of official statistical data. The dataset includes annual gridded global datasets of per capita GDP (PPP) and total GDP (PPP), with a spatial resolution of 5 arc-minutes. Additionally, for the three time periods (1990, 2000, and 2015), the total GDP (PPP) data is provided at a resolution of 30 arc-seconds.
