Canine medial coronoid process disease microarray data

The objective of this study was to identify differentially expressed genes associated with the process of medial coronoid process disease, primary to the development of osteoarthritis. The data were produced using Affymetrix Canine Gene Chips and relate to RNA from 5 control vs 5 diseased samples in cartilage, and 5 control vs 5 diseased samples in bone (as annotated in the upload). The samples are from canine elbows, and individual case data might be available upon request.
