Gene expression data from endometrial cancer patient-derived cells (PDCs) treated with aldehyde dehydrogenase inhibitor

Three lines of PDCs (EnC-A, EnC-B, and EnC-C) were established from endometrial cancer specimens. Aldehyde dehydrogenase (ALDH) inhibition repressed the cell growth with altered gene expression. Three lines of PDCs (EnC-A, EnC-B, and EnC-C) were established from 3 distinct patients with endometrial cancer. To examine the effect of aldehyde dehydrogenase (ALDH) on gene expression, the PDCs were treated with ALDH inhibitor, N,N-diethylaminobenzaldehyde (DEAB) or vehicle (DMSO) for 8 h. Total RNAs were extracted from these cells and then used for Affymetrix microarrays analysis.
