Expression data from Tead1 beta cell KO

Tead1 is a transcription factor downstream of the hippo pathway. Gene expression is compared between whole islets from beta cell specific tead1 KO (using Rip-Cre) and Floxed control islets Islets from 3 Tead1 beta cell specific Ko islets and 3 flox mice were isolated, and total RNA extracted, labelled and hybridized to mouse Affy 430_2 arrays.Tead1是Hippo信号通路（Hippo pathway）下游的转录因子。本研究对采用Rip-Cre系统构建的β细胞特异性Tead1敲除（KO）小鼠的全胰岛，与flox对照小鼠的全胰岛之间的基因表达水平进行了比较。研究人员分离了3只β细胞特异性Tead1敲除小鼠与3只flox对照小鼠的胰岛，提取总RNA并完成标记，随后将标记产物与小鼠Affy 430_2基因芯片进行杂交。
