Qualitative Research Preparation Package: Interview Guide, Sampling Framework and Consent Form

This dataset titled “Qualitative Research Preparation Package: Interview Guide, Sampling Framework and Consent Form” contains the materials prepared for the empirical phase of the doctoral research conducted under the AGORA Project. It includes three interrelated documents designed to ensure methodological transparency, ethical compliance, and data consistency in the forthcoming qualitative study: Interview Guide for the Doctoral Study; outlines semi-structured interview questions across five thematic areas related to data management, interoperability, governance, stakeholder collaboration, and ethical perspectives. Sampling Framework for the Study; defines the participant selection criteria, sampling strategy, and recruitment methods, ensuring diversity across professional and academic sectors. Informed Consent Form for Research Participants; ensures voluntary participation, anonymity, and GDPR compliance, following the ethical requirements of the AGORA Data Management Plan. All documents are deposited as PDF files. The dataset represents the preparatory stage of the empirical research and aligns with the AGORA Ethics and Data Management policies.
