Replication Data for: Partial asynchrony of coniferous forest carbon sources and sinks at the intra-annual time scale.

Data description

This data collection includes the minimal datasets necessary to ensure the replicability of the results presented in the above-mentioned manuscript. Specifically:

• Xylogenesis, GPPfluxsat, and FluxNet fitting parameters report the parameters of each fitted curve and the point of maximum for each site, year, and species.
• An example R code is also available (Rcode_parametric_fitting_and_random_forest.txt) to demonstrate how the fitting was effectively carried out.
• The dataset includes fitting parameters for cambial activity and wood formation phenophases, as well as monthly averages for phenological observations on xylogenesis and raw data for xylogenesis.
• A file titled "Xylogenesis_site_info" provides a description of the wood formation sites, along with monthly averages of the number of cambial, enlarging, wall thickening, lignifying, and mature cells.
• Raw xylogenesis data are available under restricted access. Please consult the data policy for further information.
