The dataset of national standards and industry standards related to the editing and publishing of scientific journals in China is based on the publicly available information from the national public service platform for standards information. By searching and categorizing relevant standards, a preliminary standard system framework is formed for reference. The data collection is completed as of March 31, 2024. The dataset collects 59 effective national standards and industry standards related to the editing and publishing of scientific journals in China, and classifies the standards into levels, including standard numbers, standard names, Chinese classification for standards, international classification for standards, release dates, implementation dates, release departments, responsible units, competent departments, drafting units, standard adoption status, full-text links and other data. The aim is to provide reference for the formulation and improvement of standards covering the whole process of scientific journals, and to provide standard query convenience for professional and technical personnel in scientific journal publishing.
