Persistence of Chikungunya virus ECSA genotype from 2014 to 2016 in Bahia state, Brazil

Here we examine the genomic diversity of CHIKV strains circulating in FSA until 2016 to inspect whether the virus has acquired mutations associated with increased viral fitness.
