Reconstruction of the multi-wavelength high order harmonic wavefront based on ptychography
收藏资源简介:
Diffraction patterns are obtained by using unknown high order harmonic probes to illuminate a specific sample. An improved mixed-state ptychography algorithm is used to reconstruct the multi-wavelength high order harmonic wavefront, thus enabling the characterization of high order harmonic in the space domain.X is the two-dimensional probe's one-dimensional data horizontal coordinate (in pixels) after taking the center line.ProbeOrig is the true complex amplitude of multi-wavelength high order harmonic wavefront.Aperture is the complex amplitude reconstructed by the ptychography algorithm.Model is the two-dimensional distribution of the specific sample, with the real and imaginary parts corresponding to phase changes and absorption.Lamda is the wavelength of each order of the high order harmonics.
