Functional diversity responses to woody plant encroachment in sub-Mediterranean grasslands

This repository contains the data and R scripts used to analyse functional and ecological responses to woody plant encroachment in sub-Mediterranean grasslands. The dataset includes vegetation and trait-based data used to calculate functional diversity indices and community-weighted means (CWMs) along a gradient of woody cover. Ecological indicator values were also derived to assess changes in community composition and ecosystem functioning.
