The replication data files create the results reported in Schechter, Laura, & Vasudevan, Srinivasan, Vasudevan. (2022). "Persuading voters to punish corrupt vote-buying candidates: Experimental evidence from a large-scale radio campaign in India," Journal of Development Economics. (https://doi.org/10.1016/j.jdeveco.2022.102976) The data and code are organized in the following folders: 1. Raw Data: This folder contains the sample data, electoral/administrative data, journalist survey data, and the voter survey data. 2. master.do runs all the do-file in Sub-DoFiles which create the datasets necessary for analysis from the raw datasets 3. Analysis Data: Holds all the intermediate files created by master.do 4. Every other folder contains the do-file or .m file to create the table corresponding to its name.
