De Giuseppe Paradox 3.0: Emergent Retrocausality and Ontological Non-Uniqueness of Matter in Special Relativity

We present an extended formalization of the De Giuseppe Paradox demonstrating that causal order preservation and ontological uniqueness of matter are not logically required by Special Relativity (SR). We rigorously show that apparent paradoxes, by introducing a new function and explicitly computing relevant Lorentz intervals, we formalize emergent retrocausality and demonstrate that SR imposes no global constraint on the uniqueness of matter. This work provides a mathematically consistent framework for analyzing retrocausal effects and resolves classical paradoxes without introducing new physics.
