In this study, we established a process of multi-generational laboratorial Bt toxin risk assessment of F. candida, and assess the effect of Cry1F protein on F. candida by analyzing the survival and reproduction rates, as well as the differential expression genes (DEGs) from the whole transcriptome profiles.
