Serum Proteomics Dataset from Control vs Primary Open-Angle Glaucoma (POAG) Patients

This dataset contains raw and processed nano LC–MS/MS proteomics data obtained from human serum samples belonging to healthy controls and primary open-angle glaucoma (POAG) patients. Samples were pooled into three age-matched groups to minimize age-associated variability. Each pooled sample was processed, digested, and analyzed independently using high-resolution mass spectrometry. This dataset accompanies a comparative proteomic analysis aimed at identifying glaucoma-associated biomarkers and dysregulated pathways.
