Based on admissions, ODEON was the leading cinema chain in Norway in 2022. The number of admissions amounted to more than 2.62 million that year. Closely behind came Nordisk Film Kino, with nearly 2.61 million moviegoers. The total number of cinema admissions in the Scandinavian country managed to recover slightly from the significant drop of the previous year due to the COVID-19 outbreak.
