Replication Code for: MGN_MCD_spatial_point_pattern_analysis

This document contains the modified code blocks used for analysis of the spatial point patterns of IgG-stained puncta in glomeruli of patients with MGN and MCD. The code is not intended to be run as a pipeline and will require some degree of modification when run in an environment different than the one in which it was written. Several components of the code have been broken by the removal of patient-related data; these areas are denoted by a string of several "X". These will need to be replaced by a different case identifier present in the associated data.
