Motility data of <i>Theodoxus fluviatilis </i>

The Excel file contains the original data of the motility assays of Theodoxus fluviatilis in different salinities. Experimental animals had been collected from freshwater habitats (S1, S2) and a brackish water habitat (S6). The sheets ‘S1 new’, ‘S2 new’, ‘S6 hypo new’, and ‘S6 hyper new’ contain the file names of the respective Ethovision movies and the distances each animal moved during the observation period of one hour. In addition, the files contain the means of the calculated velocities of the three animals in one trial used for the preparations of the graphs. The sheet ‘S1 and S2 fused new’ contains the summary data of the freshwater animals.
