Treatment of bacterial infestation for polymyxin

Research was to study polymyxin supplied for treatment pathogens infestation and sepsis in plants. The research question was can this be used for Gram positive instead of Gram negative infestations. The method involved examination of the septic cytoplasm from the interior or extracellular cause. This involved determination of more than a particular membrane of bacteria. The results showed the infection was by bacteria and less frequent fungi or parasites. The infestation began at some other location and the body and transferred through the cytoplasm to the extracellular membrane. Polymyxin sulfate was composed of two doses. This altered the bacterial cell structure and causes loss out of cellular contents. It concluded the sepsis was plant cells response to infection. These developed within 3 to 7 days after exposure to the bacteria.
