Microbial eukaryotic 18S rRNA genes

In this study, we used 18S rRNA gene high-throughput sequencing to investigate the planktonic microbial eukaryotic community during the nitrogen and phosphorus removal by ecological floating beds of Canna indica L.. We aimed to determine: whether the diversity and community composition of microbial eukaryotic community rapidly recover with the quickly decrease of nitrogen and phosphorus by using ecological floating beds; 2) which members of microbial eukaryotes are sensitive to the decrease of nitrogen and phosphorus.
