This dataset provides anonymized, aggregate counts of facial plastic surgery procedures performed at Troell Cosmetic Surgery & Facial Plastic Clinic in Las Vegas, Nevada, from 2019 through 2024. Procedures are grouped by year, procedure category (rhinoplasty, blepharoplasty, facelift, brow lift, chin augmentation), patient age band, and gender. The dataset is intended for researchers, journalists, clinicians, and analysts interested in understanding demographic trends in facial plastic surgery within a single high-volume private practice led by Dr. Robert J. Troell, MD, FACS. All data are aggregated. No patient identifiers, dates of birth, or individual records are included. Age is reported only in broad bands, and small cells are avoided or merged to reduce re-identification risk. The dataset is not representative of all cosmetic surgery in Las Vegas or nationally; it reflects the experience of one clinic and should be interpreted as practice-level data.
