We generated three ontologies using Large Language Models (LLMs) as part of the study ‘From Experts to LLMs: Evaluating the Quality of Automatically Generated Ontologies.’ The ontologies were created with predefined structural constraints and evaluated against human-built ontologies using structural, semantic, and task-based metrics. They are provided to support further research in automated ontology generation and knowledge-based engineering.
