We investigated insecticide resistance mutations using 18 re-sequence data sets, including three susceptible and three resistant, and twelve field populations resistant genomes. A total of eighteen consensus Genome-wide annotations and mapping of Ryanodine receptor (RyR) and transmembrane three mutation sites and intronic indel in Bridging solenoid (Bsol)-like region were considered. The three common mutations were investigated and Y4701, I4790, and G4946 indicate the corresponding position of <em>S. exigua</em> (numbered refer to <em>P. xylostella</em>, ryanodine receptor, PxRyR). The NCBI software or conserved domain database predicts the locations of probable transmembrane segments (TM) and conserved structural domains.
