INDICATORS TO EVALUATE THE LABOUR INSERTION OF PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES IN CONVENTIONAL COMPANIES IN SPAIN: A DELPHI STUDY.

This database collects the numerical data from a Delphi study on the indicators for the evaluationn the labor inclusion of people with disabilities in conventional companies. It contains the opinions of 48 experts in human resources, as well as in the labor insertion of people with disabilities, regarding the importance of 52 indicators obtained from a qualitative study to evaluate the labor insertion of people with disabilities in conventional companies in Spain. This database includes two rounds of assessment for each of these indicators, at which point convergence was reached.
