The electromagnetic wave speed formula derived from Maxwell‘s equations, , is regarded by the physics community as the core evidence that “light is an electromagnetic wave.” This paper strictly follows the derivation from Analysis of the Nature of Spatial Inductance and Capacitance — the identity linking macro-rotation and circuit resonance, — and combines it with spatial inductance Lx=εxr, spatial capacitance Cx=μxr, and the geometric relation λ=2πr to directly derive the universal electromagnetic wave speed formula: This paper demonstrates that the mainstream formula is a special case of this universal formula when v=c (the photon limit). Furthermore, mainstream physics mistakenly treats the equivalent parameters εx,μx of Earth’s projection layer as “vacuum” constants.
