Analysis map of the cantonal climate model

The climate analysis map describes the essential urban climatic processes for the night situation. There is no evaluation at this point. Rather, the absolute overheating of settlement areas on the one hand and the quantities of cold air that arise over the green spaces and have a climatic balancing effect in the development are presented. In addition to the regional and local significant air exchange relations, the cold air catchment areas are also used to demarcate the process spaces of the cold air flows. Since these processes do not occur during the day, only the night situation is considered in the climate analysis map. The evaluation of the values and the resulting planning evaluation of settlement and green spaces is carried out in the planning reference maps.
