Global temperature sensitivity of soil respiration (Q<sub>10</sub>) product from 1992 to 2018 at 5cm soil depth and from 1995 to 2018 at 10cm soil depth

This code is for generating the soil respiration temperature sensitivity (Q<sub>10</sub>) product (unitless) from 1992 to 2018 at 5cm soil depth and from 1995 to 2018 at 10cm soil depth. Estimates were predicted using field observations and environmental variables with random forest models at global scale.The Q<sub>10</sub> products are at a 0.05 degree spatial resolution and yearly intervals.To save space, Q<sub>10</sub> products are compressed to zip files, and can be unziped using the software following https://www.wikihow.com/Unzip-a-File.The R code is provided to reproduce the study (files with ".R"), including the code to produce Q<sub>10</sub> maps and other analysis (e.g. trend analysis, SHAP analysis).We also provide the dataset of Q<sub>10</sub> field observations in global terrestrial ecosystems, which were collected from published literatures (“full.dat.csv”).
