Omnibus Survey 2023: Smart Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, and Algorithms (STARA) in the Workplace

Even though STARA (Smart Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics and Algorithm) was meant to help increase efficiency and productivity of workers yet it is difficult to deny the fact that it might replace manpower in the future. The fear of losing jobs to machines and the insecurities of not being able to keep up with technological advancement can pose serious issues in human resource management.We employed ten variables that were prevalent topics to be discussed when talking about STARA and managed to gather 279 responses. We also highlighted key findings from each variable to further show the contrasting answers between various demographic profiles.
