Metabarcoding of fungi from lake water and sediment. uncultured eukaryote

Metabarcoding of fungi from 20 lakes in North-East Germany. Water and sediment samples were taken near the shore and in the open water. Different size rDNA amplicons were generated and sequenced with different technologies. Different classification methods were applied and fungal communities were analysed in relation to environmental parameters.
