A dataset of GPS position labeled channel state information of a UAV communicating with a 64 antenna Massive MIMO base station on the ground is presented. <br> The base station is located in a parking lot of a campus environment, located 17 m away from the 25 m-tall building and 12 m from the 25 m-high tree line. At the time of the measurements, it was a sunny and clear day. The UAV is computer-controlled, following preset paths using GPS waypoints, with fixed heading aligned to the base station polarization. Each trajectory follows a block wave scanning pattern in either a horizontal (H) or vertical (V) plane. Vegetation losses were too strong to obtain measurement points behind the tree line. As such, propagation conditions are predominantly LOS.
