The microbiome of Larimichthys crocea with white gill disease

Samples from the blood-supplying organs (kidney, spleen, liver) and gills of Larimichthys croceas with white gill disease from three aquaculture areas were homogenized into three portions. Healthy Larimichthys croceas were used as the control group, with a total of 12 samples undergoing full-length 16S third-generation sequencing.
