RPE-GCF Database for rhizosphere priming effect in response to global change factors

In this database, we collected 220 observations from rhziosphere priming studies with manipulations of global change factors, including N addition, P addition, eCO₂, warming, increased precipitation, and their combinations, i.e., N plus P (NP) addition and N addition plus eCO₂. These 220 observations were from 39 plant species (5 tree species, 27 grass species, and 7 crop species) planted in 49 mineral and organic soils (4 forests, 25 grasslands, 19 croplands, and 1 wetland). This database was initially created to explore the effects of global change on rhizosphere priming of soil organic matter.
