资源简介:
Although previous studies have made progress, there are still some uncertainties about the interactions between plants, ARE and PAH-degrading microorganisms in the remediation of PAH-contaminated soil. This study aims to fill these gaps by investigating the effects of plants and AMF on the degradation of PAHs in contaminated soil. Specifically, we used common ryegrass as the research subject, which is widely used in studies on PAH remediation. The study compared the efficiency of ryegrass and artificial root exudates (ARE) in enhancing the remediation efficiency of exogenous PAH-degrading bacteria, by exploring the actual composition of ryegrass root exudates, ryegrass microstructures, revealing the relationship between plants-microorganisms-PAHs, and comparing the differences in the remediation mechanisms with the assistance of ARE in exogenous PAH-degrading bacteria. Additionally, this study will investigate the impact of plant, ARE, and microorganism interactions on the soil carbon and nitrogen cycling system, providing valuable insights into the potential long-term effects of PAH remediation strategies on soil health and ecosystem sustainability.
